The low-priced item is a soft-shell taco stuffed with seasoned beef, cheese, nacho cheese sauce, lettuce, and seasoned red chips.
The Loaded Nacho Taco has 280 calories, 14 grams of fat, 5 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 25 milligrams of cholesterol, 670 milligrams of sodium, 29 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, 2 grams of sugar, and 10 grams of protein.
If you want to taste a spicier version of the inexpensive menu item, you can order the Spicy Loaded Nacho Taco, which features everything in the regular Loaded Nacho Taco plus jalapeño peppers.
The Spicy Loaded Nacho Taco has 290 calories, 14 grams of fat, 5 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 25 milligrams of cholesterol, 800 milligrams of sodium, 30 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, 3 grams of sugar, and 10 grams of protein.
If you have a lot of loose change, you might be able to afford the $5 Loaded Nacho Taco Box that has one Loaded Nacho Taco, one Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, one Crunchy Taco, Cinnamon Twists, and a medium drink.
