The cookies feature four different designs representing the House Lannister, House Targaryen, House Stark, and The Night King. (Spotted by Bob K at Walmart.)

Everyone said they’d be released on the 8th, but nobody local appeared to have received them. Target had them in their system (but not their website), indicating that the NY Post was correct in listing them as a store that would carry them, but none of the local stores showed any stock on Monday. Tuesday I bumped into someone else who was looking for them at Walmart, and he said they showed inventory, but we couldn’t find them there either. I asked at the desk and was told they’d just looked them up for a woman two hours earlier, and that they should be arriving on their next truck…this weekend. But Meijer saved the day. After swinging by the cookie aisle and not seeing any, I checked at the desk, and eventually they were able to locate someone who knew about them. They had two display stands in the main aisle running between groceries and clothing, and each one could hold probably 50 bags. There were quite a few bags left when I walked away with seven (six for the episodes, and one just because). It might be a bad sign that the first two cookies I pulled out were broken Targaryen and Stark sigils, while the Lannister that I pulled third was intact. Had to hunt a bit for a Night King…
