Dunkin’s breakfast menu items can be on a bagel, English muffin, croissant, or in a wrap. But now customers can eat their Dunkin’ breakfast from a bowl.
Dunkin’ Bowls are available in two varieties — Sausage Scramble and Egg White.
The Sausage Scramble Bowl features scrambled eggs, sausage, melted cheddar jack cheese, peppers, and onions. It has 450 calories, 34 grams of fat, 13 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 360 milligrams of cholesterol, 900 milligrams of sodium, 11 grams of carbohydrates, 1 grams of fiber, 5 grams of sugar, and 21 grams of protein.
If those nutrition numbers scare you, Dunkin’ also offers the Egg White Bowl. It’s made with egg whites, spinach, roasted potatoes, cheddar cheese, and caramelized onions. The healthier bowl has 250 calories, 11 grams of fat, 3.5 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 15 milligrams of cholesterol, 450 milligrams of sodium, 19 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 3 grams of sugar, and 14 grams of protein.
The new Dunkin’ Bowls are available nationwide for a limited time at participating locations.
