Those containers used for the Macaroni Grill products look like the same shape as a container of ice cream, just not the same size. The camera was zoomed in on the products, so it wasn’t immediately obvious that we weren’t looking at a container of ice cream. For just a second, I was horrified at the possibilities.
I was going to say the same thing! At first glance I thought it was some weird cross-promotional “savory ice cream” or something.
ive had the chicken parm digiorno Stromboli…I didn’t get to try it in the oven(recommended), but in the microwave it tasted just like a hot pocket so not sure if its worth the extra $$
That’s too bad. One day someone will make a good frozen Stromboli.
Haha, I thought those Macaroni Grill meals were ice cream too. At first I was like ‘Eewww!’, then saw the dollar off coupon and thought, ‘…Maybe.’ But these turning out to be frozen pasta dishes saved me from myself.
Unlike some of the replies, I’m going to report what’s in the cotainer and not worry about what the contsiner looks like. I did it in the microwave following the instruction. I gotta tell you upon opening the container I wasn’t sure what I was gerting into. But after cooking it, it taster much better than I expected. Little round cheese raviolis in a mildly spicy tomato sauce with green peppers, Italian sausage, pork, chicken and mozzarella cheese. A really good and quick lunch or dinner food.
