Tyson Air Fryer Chicken is lightly breaded with little seasoning compared to traditional Tyson chicken tenders. Cooking the patties in an air fryer makes it taste rather dry and duller in flavor compared to a conventional oven. The flavor is rather bland unless you have a dipping sauce to pour over them or are making a salad or sandwich with flavorful toppings.
Overall, this “air fryer” stamp is the industry’s way of making low fat sound more appetizing. If you’re looking for full flavor, just go with traditional. If you’re looking for healthier, try the Lightly Breaded version and lose carb calories while gaining seasoning and better overall flavor.
