I will say… I have been enjoying the Soy Flavor here myself for a bit. Much better noodles.
Also available at Food Bazaar in a poor neighbor”hood” near you.
Wow, this stuff is kinda terrible. It just turns into glop. Ultra soft noodles and a paste soup- even if you follow the directions exactly. Raoh doesn’t have any problems like that, and that is who they are clearly knocking off here. Plus it costs MORE. $2.50 where I live. Like, wut? Raoh is only $1.64. A whole buck more for paste. I have to say, the soup base is really good, maybe better than Raoh, but flavor doesn’t mean much when the texture experience is just so terrible. I have some packets of too spicy soup from my last asian store ramen run. Maybe I’ll try my other ‘gold’ packet with the soup base in those noodles instead.
I tried the Soy Sauce one and it’s a lot better than the ramen we have in the states but will not buy again. There’s at least 2,000 mg of sodium in this thing which is the most I’ve seen ever. 100% not a fan.
