After a successful test last year, KFC’s Kentucky Fried Chicken & Donuts is now available nationwide at participating restaurants through March 16, or while supplies last.
There are three ways to experience the savory fried chicken and glazed donut combo, with prices ranging from $5.49 to $7.99:
- Kentucky Fried Chicken & Donuts Basket meal: chicken on the bone or Extra Crispy chicken tenders, paired with one donut. Also available as a big basket meal, which includes two donuts.
- Kentucky Fried Chicken & Donuts Sandwich: an Extra Crispy chicken filet sandwiched between two glazed donuts.
- Customers can also add a donut to any meal for an additional cost, which makes me hope for Instagram photos of folks topping their KFC Famous Bowls with a donut.
If you need to read more about this sweet and savory combo, we reviewed Kentucky Fried Chicken & Donuts during its test run.
If you’ve tried this in any form (hopefully with a Famous Bowl), let us know what you think of it in the comments.

I wonder if you can request the donut by itself?
You can get a donut for a buck.
Tried the sandwich. It was interesting to try once… but far too much to finish eating. The glaze melts off the doughnut and coats the piece of chicken, and the clash of flavors is… interesting to say the least.
Worth trying once as a novelty, but absolutely nothing I intend to eat again.
