I think that they could had added even more cookies into the batter or even a whole sandwich cookie shoved in the batter before baking. That would elevate even more.
I really hope that cookies and brownies and donuts all have different textures at least! And these brownies look like they need to be filled with cream.
I bought a box of the Cookies & Cream Brownies because I am a long-time TastyKake fan, and it’s hard to find a lot of their products here in Houston, and so I was excited to try them. I was a bit disappointed. They are somewhat dry, and either need a cream filling or some way to make them more moist. The only way I can see these becoming popular is if you have them in a bowl with ice cream on top of them … that’s my suggestion anyway. Otherwise – way too dry for me.
