Bacon and these Sausage Strips are both made with pork. Did Johnsonville produce a sausage slab just so that it can be cut into slices? If that’s the case, why not just make bacon? My head can’t wrap itself around this. Oh, I hope some company out there makes sausages from ground-up bacon. Yeah, it’ll probably be Johnsonville.
