For a limited time at participating locations, Krispy Kreme is serving up three dessert-inspired doughnuts for the summer.
The Banana Pudding Doughnut is filled with, as you can probably guess, banana pudding. It’s also dipped in light yellow icing, topped with Kreme, and finished with three mini vanilla wafer cookies. Next up is the Coconut Cake Doughnut. It’s a coconut flavored cake doughnut topped with cream cheese and dipped in shredded coconut. It has 420 calories, 22 grams of fat, 10 grams of saturated fat, 30 milligrams of cholesterol, 350 milligrams of sodium, 50 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 35 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of protein.
Finally, there’s the Mississippi Mud Pie. It’s a doughnut filled with Chocolate Pie Kreme that’s dipped in chocolate icing, topped with cookie and graham crumbles, and finished with a marshmallow drizzle. The choco-heavy doughnut has 370 calories, 19 grams of fat, 8 grams of saturated fat, 170 milligrams of sodium, 47 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 25 grams of sugar, and 4 grams of protein.

We thought they were just ok. We loved the strawberry, lime and lemon series more.
Even the coconut cake? Thanks for the input,I was almost about to drop everything to try these!
Awww try them and see what you think!!
Everybody has their preferences. I love coconut but couldn’t even taste the cream cheese so why put it on? It’s overpowered by the coconut. The other two were fine just nothing to write home about.
My friend loved the strawberry, lime and lemon that were sold recently (especially the lemon ones), and as a fan of banana pudding, he tried that variety earlier tonight after the successes of those fruity ones. He called this banana pudding one, in his personal opinion, the best Krispy Kreme donut he’s ever eaten, by far, and he wishes it became a permanent flavor.
