Now that Little Debbie and Hostess have cereals, when shall we expect Tastykake Krimpets Cereal or an Entenmann’s cereal that tastes like, um, whatever it’s famous for? (Spotted by Leonard G at Giant.)

WHHHAAAAT!?!?!?!
I’m currently immobile (EXTREMELY hard for a workaholic/busybody) due to falling through a floor straight down into a basement/cellar that was left uncovered…someone find these for me. I feel like they’d be great healing medicine. 🙂
If they are reviewed, I hope they don’t disappoint. Wondering how well these are executed. Honestly the most exciting “spotted” item i have seen in the past year. Trying not to keep my hopes up.
Might be best eaten a snack, dry and dipped into some cream cheese buttercream…
Should had been filled with creme filling. Similar to fillows.
I predict that these will be as disappointing as the Twinkies cereal.
I’d be more excited if they were soft like “real” Oatmeal Creme Pies. I know that wouldn’t be best for a cereal, but, well, they should be soft!
Just got me wondering what the nutrition facts of a “real” Oatmeal Creme Pie with a glass of milk vs. a bowl of these in milk is…
1 oatmeal creme pie + 1 cup 2% milk: 442 kcal, 39g sugar, 17g fat
5/4 cup OCP cereal + 1 cup 2% milk: 292 kcal, 29g sugar, probably ~8g fat
I am ready to try these! I was a fan of the Honey Bun cereal they came out with, but the texture of their Twinkie cereal just tasted weird and odd in the mouth. I am hoping these swing towards the Honey Bun side of the spectrum instead of the strange plastic-pellet feel I got from the Twinkie cereal.
Where do I buy it ? I want badly im in Denver Colorado
