The layers are peanut butter gelato, graham cracker pieces, brown butter sugar sauce, vanilla gelato, and peanut butter cups. (Spotted by Sarah R at Whole Foods.)
Oh that banana powder may be the solution I’ve been lookin for forever! Can’t seem to keep bananas from going bad to use on cereal, ice cream etc. If this works I won’t have to try so hard! 🙂
You may wish to try peeling ripe bananas then freezing them individually in plastic wrap. For cereal, I suggest you peel and then slice them and freeze them on a plate (or wax paper), and once frozen, put them in a Ziploc bag and take as many of them as you want out of the bag to use in your cereal bowl. That way the milk will stay cold and the banana slices will thaw within a minute or two in your milk.
Great ideas! I’ve used frozen bananas to make a dairy-less ice cream (so easy to do, and delicious!), but it never occurred to me to add the slices to cereal–thanks!
i’m so intrigued by the fruit powders! i want to put the apple one on yogurt.
also – i can see the Confetti Cookie flavour Talenti on the edge of the first frame. HOLY CRAP THAT STUFF IS SO GOOD. i have to immediately take a warm knife and cut into thirds or quarters when i open it so that i only take a portion at a time. so easy to inhale the whole thing.
also, complete side note – Talenti containers have become my go-to for leftover rice storage, they keep the moisture level just right in the fridge for several days. works well for both take-out and cooked-at-home rice.
YES! They are the new Tupperware!
yup. i love knowing they won’t crack in the freezer and i like the small size for storing portions.
Why are your other storage containers cracking in the freezer?!?
The banana powder sounds intriguing. I might have to try it just out of curiosity.
