Are these new? Are these old because they’re on clearance? If I visit CandyShopCocoa.com, it doesn’t solve the mystery. Also, the website says that we’ve never tasted cocoa like this, but there’s been Hershey’s, Reese’s, and York hot cocoa mixes before. (Spotted by Robbie at H-E-B.)
