  1. I’ve never heard of something called dairy spread. I wonder what exactly that means. It doesn’t sound awful if it’s executed correctly, but it’s kind of an odd name for it.

    1. I was curious about that, too. Here’s what I found:
      “Dairy spread is a type of spreadable food that typically has a lower fat content than cream cheese and is made by replacing part of the milk fat with plant-based oil. This results in a product that is easier to spread and often contains less saturated fat, making it a healthier alternative to butter and cream cheese.”
