I’m done with this pretentious yogurt fad.
Me too! I’m frustrated by the ridiculous diet culture marketing on every single food on this post. It’s like a list of diet culture buzzwords — no oil, refined sugar, no added sugar, organic, no gums, etc.
YES!!!! Pre-biotics, I want some post-biotics.
Technically, that’s what yogurt is!
I really miss the simple yogurt from childhood it was store brand and it was screwed on the bottom and I could get it in about 10 different flavors. Those days are gone. Our Kroger doesn’t even carry fruit on the bottom yogurt in their store brand anymore! Unless you want to go the Carb Smart route.
And Dannon yogurt has about five flavors of their fruit on the bottom yogurt but that brand is completely missing from this part of the country. It is nowhere to be found in Southern Ohio. If you want fruit on the bottom you have to go Greek or health conscious and mostly non-fat very few low fat options available. Bummer
