Update: Click here to read our Jack in the Box Waffle Breakfast Sandwich review
Jack in the Box has a new waffle breakfast sandwich. As of this posting, there isn’t anything about it on the Jack in the Box website. But there’s a bit of information on Twitter, especially images. You can see real life images here, here, here, and here.
The Waffle Breakfast Sandwich appears to come with sausage, egg, and cheese in between two round waffles.
Since Jack in the Box offers breakfast all day, you can order their Waffle Breakfast Sandwich for breakfast, lunch, dinner, after your late night massage parlor visit, or after your late night pedicure. (Dear Women: There’s a nails places here that stays open until midnight. Is that weird or are there places in your area where you can get a pedicure at 11:30 PM?)

Thanks to @dobalina on Twitter for letting us know about the sandwich!
Though not the type of woman to get their nails done, I find it very odd that a nails place would stay open until midnight.
Then again, I live in a small town, and the only thing open at midnight is Walmart, one of the grocery stores, and McDonalds.
Hey Marvo, those probably aren’t really nails places. I watched a show about this sort of thing.
There’s a place where I live that will do your nails until 8, but I think it’s to accommodate the military women.
Tried it this morning (7/5) for the first time. Like the way the egg and sausage were kind of spread out and flat rather than as thick as in McDonald’s McGriddle, but the waffle itself was not as good as the McGriddle pancake because McDonald’s bakes the syrup into the pancake. Jack In The Box just asks if you want a package of syrup to go with it. So I poured a little onto the sandwich (difficult and messier to eat), and it did not taste as good. But maybe putting the syrup into the waffle would violate McDonald’s patent somehow — I don’t know. However, I usually like Jack In The Box food, though, and their customer service at the drive-thru is usually superior to most fast-food restaurants. (I once asked McDonald’s at the drive-thru window to put the mayonnaise I had requested onto my sandwich, and handed it back through the window so they could add the mayo they had omitted. The staff actually then put the mayo ON TOP of the bun rather than inside the sandwich — I couldn’t believe it.
I tried this sandwich the other day at the advice of my boyfriend. I ordered it without cheese as when I tried it with cheese it seemed to overpower all other flavors of the sandwich. The sandwich was very good but I do wish the waffles had a bit more syrup baked in and weren’t as soft. The waffles were very soft and kind of squished but definitely would get it again.
