If you live in El Paso, Texas or Springfield…Illinois…or where The Simpsons live (there are so many Springfields), you can taste test Wendy’s Crispy Chicken BLT. It comes with a breaded chicken patty, two slices of Applewood-smoked bacon, American cheese, mayonnaise, leaf lettuce, and a tomato slice.
The chicken sandwich has 440 calories, 24 grams of fat, 7 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 950 milligrams of sodium, 37 grams of carbohydrates, and 20 grams of protein.
