Little Caesars is testing a cheeseburger pizza and I’m disappointed that, even though the pizza chain has the ability to stick strips of bacon to their Detroit-style deep dish pizza, it’s not a bacon cheeseburger pizza.
Impulsive Buy reader Rik sent us this screenshot of a TV commercial that’s been playing in the Reno area for a few weeks. According to Rik, the commercial says the pizza features “special sauce, seasoned beef and onions, topped with melted American, mozzarella, and Muenster cheeses then finished with diced dill pickles plus a sprinkling of sesame seeds.”
If you’ve tried it or seen it in your area, let us know in the comments.
It’s here in Tulsa also. Not tried it.
Just like the one at Papa John’s, it will make you run to the bathroom with stomach pains. I would not recommend it to people with less then strong stomachs.
How do you know did you even eat it or are you just badmouthing it because you don’t like the pizza
I had one. The burger sauce is mayonnaise based which causes the issues. The deep dish is already pretty greasy, and with the sauce, it causes a gut bomb. I would recommend only one slice per person.

Haven’t seen it in my area (NW Ohio) but we do have the deep dish stuffed crust pizza. It’s as indulgent as it sounds.
I love Little Caesars, but I’m wary about this pie. Pickles on pizza seem like they wouldn’t work at all, and I’d rather not have American cheese on my pizza…
Papa Johns made similar one and it failed horrible. Pickles atop of pizza is never a good idea!!!
11 dollars? You’re cute little Caesar’s
Whenever i eat little caesars the next morning I am running to the bathroom
I bought one on a whim. I actually thought it was pretty good. It was strongly reminiscent of a BigMac in its flavor. No point in complaining about the greasiness of it, since all of their deep dish pizzas are greasy and you know that going in the door. I didn’t have any stomach issues either, but I only eat two slices of pizza in a sitting, tops.
Great pizza! The sauce and (as strange as it sounds) pickles make the pizza! Hope they launch this nationwide
They used to have one here in Michigan, but it was done differently. It was pizza dough, then a layer of cheese, burger, onions, bacon then cooked. Once it came out you could add lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard. I had it with everything and it was delicious. Ketchup and Mustard on pizza may sound gross, but you have to remember that it had no pizza sauce, so it was literally all the ingredients of a burger just on pizza dough instead of hamburger buns.
I hope they have a cheeseburger pizza here in Utah
