Okay, these aren’t bad. They’re lightly sweet, so the flavor dust doesn’t overwhelm the crackers, and the spice is predominantly cinnamon, far as I can tell. So… I’d call them cinnamon sugar crackers that somehow don’t taste like dessert. (But you could probably experiment and turn them into dessert.)
