I’m sure those new cauliflower items will appeal to some people. As for myself, I have no idea whether I like cauliflower, because I can’t recall ever trying it or being forced to eat it. And that’s just fine with me.
Glad the major companies are are finally catching on to last years food craze!!!
anyone seen mashed bird’s eye cauliflower?
Tried the mashed cauliflower with bacon & cheddar. We were very disappointed. They looked nothing like the picture. They were extremely runny and more like the consistency of soup not potatoes.
I had the same problem. Cook until you get the consistency you like. I usually follow the directions on the box, then cook and additional time in 2 minutes intervals stirring after each 2 minutes. It usually takes 5 or 6 times 2 minutes intervals to get it right. Hope this helps.
I added dry instant potatoes to this and it turned out really good.
I can’t wait to try this – I’m going to try a low-carb diet soon and this will be perfect! If it does turn out to be runny, I will just add some powdered non-dairy creamer to help thicken it up. Give it a try, it actually makes it richer and creamier!
I love all of your new veggie creations! However when I tried the new ranch cauliflower I found it to be so spicy I was unable to eat it.
Because there are those of us with a sensitive pallette i think you should put flames on the package.
