Last year, White Castle debuted turkey sliders. This year, they’re back, but they’ve gone through a few changes.
They still use patties made with Butterball turkeys and one of them still has a tangy bistro sauce, but the other two varieties from last year have been replaced with a slider that’s topped with apple butter and another one with spicy Dusseldorf mustard. If you’re like me, who doesn’t know what Dusseldorf mustard is, here’s something for you to read.
Now if you want something to accompany those turkey sliders, White Castle is also offering two seasonal sides. The chain’s Loaded Sweet Potato Fries feature fries topped with syrup, marshmallow creme, and cinnamon praline pecans. The Loaded Fried Green Beans are topped with white gravy and crispy onions.
If you’ve tried any of the sliders or sides, let us know what you think of it in the comments.

A shame that they did away with the cranberry sauce topping they had last year. It was very good and paired well with the turkey.
P. S.: Site posting issue appears fixed! 🙂
Those sweet potato fries sound like a toothache waiting to happen! Yuck!
I had everything last night. The burgers were okay. The tangy bistro had the best overall flavor, but the mustard (spicy) and apple butter were nice changes from the norm.
The sides were awesome. Even though the loaded green beans were fried, it was a dead ringer for the standard casserole, just easier to eat. I had a couple loaded sweet potato fries at the start, but saved them for dessert because they were a bit too sweet to eat with the meal. I think I also saved them for last because they were the best part. They didn’t skimp on the marshmallow or pecans at all.
I don’t eat turkey. I did try the other stuff.
Green Bean Fries – your standard green bean fries. Nothing special here. I was hoping the sauce would set it off, but it wasn’t very flavorful. I couldn’t even tell it was ranch.
Sweet Potato Fries – again. The fries themselves are nothing special. Kind of soggy. The topping is a personal preference, that I don’t like it at all. I wouldn’t buy these again. Too Sweet. No marshmallow for me.
