Yes, Burger King once had a chicken parmesan sandwich. But I believe that one had the chain’s Tendercrisp chicken, which has been replaced with the less trademark-y seasoned and breaded 100 percent white meat chicken filet. So, I guess with the chicken change this sandwich could be considered newish.
The 2017 version of the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich is also topped with Italian-style marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and shaved parmesan cheese on a toasted potato bun.
It has 570 calories, 25 grams of fat, 8 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 70 milligrams of cholesterol, 1340 milligrams of sodium, 57 grams of carbohydrates, 9 grams of sugar, and 32 grams of protein.

Pass, just give me the Italian Chicken Sandwich on the old style chicken sandwich pattie. All you need.
The Tendercrisp chicken was far superior to this chicken.
I can’t taste much difference between the new chicken and the oblong chicken patty. Maybe it’s just me.
Looks like another boring Round Chicken Sandwich to me…couldn’t you make the chicken better and still keep the shape of your classic chicken sandwich???…why try so hard to fit in when you were born to stand out???
Please please just bring back the old Italian Chicken Sandwich. You had it right the first time.
