McDonald’s is now offering an exclusive Sprite flavor at participating locations — Mix by Sprite Tropic Berry.
Reader Keith G sent in this photo from a McDonald’s soda fountain in Murphy, NC. According to this Reddit thread, it’s also been spotted in San Luis Obispo, CA. There’s nothing about this beverage on the McDonald’s website, but it’s made with natural flavors.

It’s here in San Antonio Texas as well, I’m bummed because they removed diet Dr pepper.
I would complain because they’re not suppose to remove diet Dr pepper.
Is this the McDonald’s-only drink that was supposed to replace Orange Hi-C?
Yes
No, mcdonalds were suppose to get sprite tropical berry, minute maid fruit punch or minute maid lemonade light.
Berry-flavored anything is disgusting. Most actual berries are mushy and flavorless. If they put Cherry Sprite in McDonalds’, heads would have erupted in joyous celebration.
It was just ok. Nothing special. Carmen
The Mcdonald’s in Bel Air, Maryland has this! They replaced the blue powerade and lite lemonade for this “new” (I looked online when I noticed it and it seems like it’s been out before, they’re just bringing it back?) tropicberry sprite, a fruit punch, and root beer.
I tried it and while my friends all seem to disagree, I actually kind of enjoyed it! Now, I’m not normally a soda drinker, so perhaps this influences my decision, but it was very light and refreshing. I got notes of pineapple, citrus, and something else which together all tasted like Starfruit to me. I’m frustrated I can’t find out what the “tropical berry” inside this is, because I need to know if I’m right or not. I’m totally guessing Starfruit, though.
