FAST FOOD NEWS: Arby’s Coke Float

Arby’s new Coke Float just combines Coke with a vanilla shake. No big whoop.

But what is a big deal is the fact that this Coke Float happened because Arby’s ditched Pepsi to hook up with Coke. So locations nationwide are now serving Coca-Cola, Coke Zero Sugar, Diet Coke, Sprite, Minute Maid Light, Mello Yello, Barq’s Root Beer, Hi-C Flashin’ Fruit Punch, Fanta Orange, and Powerade Mountain Berry Blast.

Arby’s Coke Float is available for a limited time in 16- and 24-ounces.

  1. Oh no! That sucks, that means they no longer have the mountain dew flavor I like, and it also means that the “Arby’s: we have Pepsi” ad (search for it, not sure if linking is ok) is wrong now. 🙁

  2. Saw the ad for a coke float so I thought I’d try one. Now keep in mind a coke or root beer float is supposed to be soda and a big chunk of vanilla ice cream. While the Arby’s coke float has the flavor of a float, no way does it measure up to the original. It’s a soupy mess of soda and soft serve vanilla ice cream. Good floats are served with a straw and a spoon. Disappointed.

  3. Tried to get one today and was told I had to have a coupon for it. I was like I’m not asking for a lower price I just want a float at regular price. She then said it’s a special item only made for people with the coupon. I just left. Wow.
