Wendy’s has added a new salad to its menu that might tingle your taste buds.
The Spicy Buffalo Chicken Salad features Wendy’s signature lettuce blend, pepper jack cheese, diced tomatoes, matchstick carrots, a crispy onion and Buffalo crouton mix, and Wendy’s popular spicy chicken breast with Marzetti’s Simply Dressed Buffalo Ranch Dressing.
A half-order has 430 calories, 26 grams of fat, 7 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 55 milligrams of cholesterol, 870 milligrams of sodium, 31 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, 6 grams of sugar, and 19 grams of protein.

bring back the bbq chicken salad!!!
I ordered the Southwest Avocado salad but they gave this one to me instead. It’s pretty good. Only a mild spicy. the lettuce mixture was crispy and the croutons were oniony, but good. I can see myself buying this again.
I don’t know if it’s just the way the Wendy’s I went to made it, but my Spicy Buffalo Salad only had one thing strip of chicken on it that was cut into 3 small pieces. It looked nothing like your picture. The salad dressing and croutons were pretty tasty though.
