I bought those Cowboy Cookies at Walmart. They’re surprisingly blah for such hefty cookies that have chocolate chips & a sugar coating. The cookies taste like they don’t have enough butter, sugar or salt (although the nutrition label probably indicates otherwise). I actually threw out most of the container. I would not buy them again.
The strawberry cheese danish are really good. I will definitely buy them again. The chocolate and the apple bows, probably not. The chocolate is a mix of milk and cocoa. It has a weird after taste. The apple cinnamon bow ties are good, but not enough filling. Both of the bowtie danish suffer from being dry.
I’ve tried most of the protein blends by Whole Foods (California-style, European Blend, Caribbean style) and I love all of them. They are lightly seasoned and offer a lot of fiber and protein per bag. They make for a well priced filling lunch, or if you mix this in with a grain (like rice or quinoa) and other meat, it makes for a very hearty dinner.
