So, was Sarah R taking photos in Whole Foods while people were standing outside waiting for their turn to come in and shop? I know that Whole Foods has implemented a limited number of guests policy while we’re distancing.
Also, I’m wondering if TIB could encourage users to not take photos during this time. First, we’re supposed to be going into and coming out of grocery stores as quickly as we can to limit risk for others. Also, when people grab items without gloves and put them back, they’re putting others at risk.
I agree with all of these points and am glad someone finally said it. I realize some people may need to earn money from the blog, but it seems inappropriate to be taking photos in grocery stores right now (maybe not if you’re in a very small handful of countries that aren’t affected, but I’d add a note about it if that’s the case). I’d stick to product reviews or photos of new products that were purchased and not photographed until the person got home.
Give it a rest, it takes a moment for a photo. I certainly appreciate these.
I hope Lindt releases a 6oz bag for their matcha flavor. I’ve only seen them at Costco.
You don’t have to necessarily touch a product to take a photo, maybe this is keeping people happy? She is wearing gloves in the picture and when I shop I sometimes have to touch another item on the shelf to get to another so thats basically not possible. To assume someone’s not social distancing when they take a photo is kinda absurd. It takes 10 seconds to take out your phone and snap a picture.
haters gonna’ hate.
