    1. “HASS AVOCADO, SWEET CORN, POBLANO PEPPER, ONION, TOMATO, JALAPEÑO PEPPER, SALT, SWEET CORN POWDER, SUGAR, GARLIC, LIME JUICE CONCENTRATE, CHIPOTLE POWDER, CILANTRO, ASCORBIC ACID (TO MAINTAIN FRESHNESS), CITRIC ACID, SPICE, LIME OIL, LIME JUICE.”

      Per their website. Not too far off I suppose, and they get some grace due to just saying “inspired.” Top the dip with some cotija and I’d give it a try.
