Why are there so many keto products on Spotted lately? Gross! Who actually eats that stuff?
Probably because it is still a money making trending diet and companies are still taking advantage of it’s heyday and continuing to produce items for those who subscribe to it?
And in response to your second question: silly folks who don’t understand the concept of “everything in moderation” and “balance.” My two cents!

As an FYI: a ketogenic diet has more uses than just weight loss or weight maintenance.
It has many medicinal uses; primarily first in the treatment of epilepsy (especially among children), but now also there’s scientific evidence to suggest it can have efficacy in treating a wide range of maladies, including: diabetes, cardiovascular diseases (especially with regard to cholesterol and triglycerides), neurological diseases, etc.
Whether products chiefly marketed as “keto” or “keto friendly” are intended for those on a medicinal therapy of some kind could certainly be argued. I would say a majority are probably not.
I second your two cents, most are on the keto train because they think they will drops dozens of pounds, good luck to em. I love my carbs and have no physical reason not to have them, luckily
