  5. These have been on shelves for a few weeks in my area. Has anyone tried the blood orange chocolate chip?

  6. So far I’ve tried Limoncello and Strawberry shortcake, I liked both, especially the Limoncello!

    1. I’m not sure if you’re kidding, but I do find Van Leeuwen to be very pretentious.

    2. There was actually a difference between French ice cream and American ice cream. The base is made with eggs, which makes it more like a frozen custard.

  8. The blood orange sounds yummy.

    My spouse went bowling w friends and one guy ordered 10 pints of this ice cream, one pint was ranch. It was disgusting. No surprise lol.

  9. Next one? Taco- or nacho-flavored, is my prediction. And all of the ones, here, EXCEPT Hidden Valley Ranch, sound really good. I seriously recoil at the mere thought of any savory ice cream…oof!

  10. Omg! the Sweet Maple Cornbread is the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted! I’ve almost all their flavors,one i do not like is the Idaho one with milkshake and fries taste when it is like having milkshake ice cream then topping it with instant potatoes ?but maple Cornbread,carrot cake, blood orange chocolate chip and purple velvet are heaven, purple velvet may be the best chocolate ice cream ever….i just hope they make some if these flavors permanent at Walmart…idk what I’d do if i could never have my Sweet Maple Cornbread anymore

  11. This is absolutely gross.
    This brand is pompous and ridiculous
    I tried their Grey Poupon flavor a year ago and it was abhorrent.
    An overpriced, overrated product across the board. Their ice cream base is tasteless. It does not have the normal characteristics of a high quality premium ice cream. But it’s “French” ice cream so it has to be good
