Apparently, crispy potato corn dogs have been around for a while. Geez, all the crispy potato corn dogs I could’ve eaten all this time. (Spotted by Robbie at Costco.)
If you’re out shopping and see new products, snap a picture of them, and send them in via an email ([email protected]) with where you found them and “Spotted” in the subject line. Also, if you want to send in photos and are wondering if we’ve already covered something or if they’re new, don’t worry about it. Let us worry about it.
That’s not a corn dog. It’s a cheese stick.
No, it is a Korean corn dog. Hence the brand being called “K-Street Food”, and the surrounding text reading “all-time favorite Korean snack”.
If there’s no hot dog in it, it’s not a corn dog. I don’t care what they call it, that doesn’t change the fundamentals of what constitutes a corn dog. You need the “dog” part to be a corn dog.
It is literally, objectively a Korean corn dog (well, one of several different variations of Korean corn dogs). You can have whatever opinion you want about it, I’m just pointing out the fact that it is called a Korean corn dog.
It’s kind of like the whole “Chicago-style pizza isn’t real pizza, it’s a casserole” thing – believe what you want, I get it, but it is still objectively known as a Chicago-style pizza, regardless of anyone’s personal opinion.
Corn dog. 2 words. Corn batter + hot dog = corn dog. Have fun being wrong.
I bet Grape Nuts send you into a full blown mental breakdown.
