The original Mountain Dew Kickstart flavors are marketed as morning beverage alternatives. The other two Kickstart flavors are evening beverages. These new Mountain Dew Kickstart Hydrating Boost with coconut water are being promoted as anytime beverages. But I would highly recommend not drinking them before bedtime.
