Ugh. It’s frickin’ July. Let this be your warning for the upcoming annual pumpkinpalooza, if you love pumpkin products, or pumpkinpocalypse, if you hate pumpkin products. (Spotted by L at Walmart.)

After reading Junk Food Guy’s review of the Screamin’ Hot ones, I think the only way they will cause any screaming is if I grabbed a bag off the store shelf and then ran out the exit without paying for it. (Spotted by Carla at Safeway.)

We’re only halfway though the year and Kellogg’s has celebrated Pop-Tarts’ 50th birthday by bringing back two discontinued flavors, introducing this Frosted Chocomallow Sundae flavor, and making the obligatory birthday cake flavor. I look forward to what Pop-Tarts has in store for us in the second half of 2014. (Spotted by Michael at Target.)

Wow. There have been two limited edition Sprite flavors this year. That’s gotta be some kind of record, right? According to this BevNet board post, the sweet and sour Sprite Blast is a 7-Eleven exclusive flavor. Wow. There have been four or five 7-Eleven exclusive flavors this year. That’s gotta be some kind of record, right?

As shown in the photo, Sprite Blast comes in a small 7.5-ounce can and it seems that might be the only size it comes in. I guess it’s so sour that no one could stand drinking a full 12 ounces. (Spotted by Sldy at 7-Eleven.)

I’m just going to proclaim 2014 as the Year of Ghost Peppers. Sure, there haven’t been THAT many ghost pepper products so far and we’re already halfway through 2014, but I’m going to keep saying it until it becomes true…or until it’s 2015. Whichever comes first. Chip Review got their hands on the Ghost Pepper Nacho ones. (Spotted by Dustin at World Market.)

Last year, you had to go to another country or be fortunate enough to live near a restaurant with a Coke Freestyle machine to taste Fanta Cherry. This year, you no longer have to worry about plane rides or pushing buttons in order to get it. (Spotted by Aaron at Walmart.)

PowerIce has new flavors! Grape Score and Pomegranate Raspberry Rip! Let’s celebrate with exclamations points!!! And let’s celebrate Gatorade probably coming up with something similar in the near future…with exclamation points!!! (Spotted by Sylvia at Sprouts.)

I wonder what other little-known Nestle products will the company turn into Coffee-mate flavors. Carlos V? Kazoozles? Frosty Paws? (Spotted by Elizabeth at Walmart.)
