Update: Click here to read our Frosted Sugar Cookie Pop-Tarts review

Over the past few years, Kellogg’s has been producing their Limited Edition Printed Fun Gingerbread Pop-Tarts for the holiday season. These Pop-Tarts have images of what appears to be spray tan addicted folks skiing and snowboarding.

This holiday season, Kellogg’s is not only re-releasing Gingerbread Pop-Tarts, it’s also introducing the Limited Edition Printed Fun Frosted Sugar Cookie Pop-Tarts. According to the Kellogg’s website the limited edition Pop-Tart is, “Topped with white icing and fun, wintery pictures of decorated cookies, these pastries have delicious sugar cookie dough baked inside a sugar cookie crust.”

The “wintery pictures” on the Frosted Sugar Cookie Pop-Tarts don’t consist of spray tanned skiers or snowboarders. Instead, they have slightly less creepy images like a polar bear ice skating and a penguin wearing earmuffs and a scarf.

NEWS: Make Room In Your Belly This Holiday Season For New 3 Musketeers, M&M’s, and Snickers Varieties

This December, while you’re waiting in long store checkout lines, listening to children cry as they sit on the lap of a mall Santa, and giving the stink eye to the person who grabbed the last $200 40″ HDTV right before you could, keep an eye out for new 3 Musketeers, M&M’s, and Snickers varieties.

Just like health nuts are in love with coconut water, the folks at Mars are in love with adding coconut to their popular candies, coming out with Coconut M&M’s and Coconut Twix over the past couple of years. The next candy to get knocked over the head with coconut is the 3 Musketeers candy bar. The 3 Musketeers Coconut bars will feature coconut flavor mixed into the chocolate nougat. The 1.49-ounce bars will have a suggested retail price of $1.09.

Do you like Mint M&M’s? Do you like Dark Chocolate M&M’s? If I told you Mars was combining the two to make Mint Dark Chocolate M&M’s, would it blow your mind and make you yell, “Screw my diet! Where’s my remote? Cause I’mma going to get my chocolate on!” Mint Dark Chocolate M&M’s will be available in 1.5-ounce bags with a suggested retail price of $1.09.

Finally, Mars will also release in December, Snickers 3X Chocolate 2 To Go Bars. Yes, that is one clusterfuck of a name. I’m surprised there isn’t the word “too” in its name since it has two other to..too..two. Never mind. The new candy bar with the silly name features roasted peanuts in chocolate caramel on top of chocolate nougat and covered in milk chocolate. The new candy bar with the silly name will come in 3.14-ounces bars and have a suggested price of $1.69.

NEWS: MiO Energy Allows You To Add A Little Or A Lot of Flavor and Caffeine To Your Water

Update: Click here to read our MiO Energy review

While attending the National Association of Convenience Stores, our pal Steve over at BevReview was able to taste test the upcoming MiO Energy liquid water enhancer. The product will expand the MiO line beyond the original four non-caffeinated MiO flavors.

So get ready to GET XTREME with MiO!!! Or, at least, stay awake at work with MiO.

Like many energy products, MiO Energy contains caffeine and vitamins B3, B6, and B12, although, I don’t know know how much caffeine or B vitamins a serving will provide. MiO Energy will come in two flavors Green Thunder and Black Cherry.

According to the images over at BevReview, MiO Energy comes in 1.08 fluid ounce squeeze bottles and will make 12 8-ounce servings. The original MiO flavors come in 1.62 ounce bottles and makes 24 8-ounce servings. Another difference between the two, while the regular MiO come in grey bottles, MiO Energy come in black bottles.

While doing a little Google digging on MiO Energy, I happen to have discovered MiO will also be releasing a new flavor regular MiO flavor — Orange Tangerine.

MiO Energy will be available in early December.

NEWS: Nathan’s Famous Snacks Won’t Allow You To Hold A Hot Dog-Flavored Snack Eating Contest

Nathan’s Famous, which is famous for their hot dogs and annual Fourth of July spectacle of gluttony Joey Chestnut show hot dog eating contest, has teamed up with Inventure Foods to offer crunchy snacks inspired by Nathan’s menu board.

If Inventure Foods sounds familiar, they should be since they’re the same folks who made these and all the T.G.I. Friday’s snacks.

The Nathan’s Famous snack lineup includes cheddar cheese, chili cheese, and honey mustard flavored crunchy crinkle fries. It also includes crinkle cut potato chips. Surprisingly, there aren’t any hot dog flavored snacks, so you can’t hold a Nathan’s Famous hot dog-flavored snack eating contest next Fourth of July or whenever you like.

The Crunchy Crinkly Fries come in two- and 3.5-ounces bags and will retail for $1.99 and $2.19, respectively. Nathan’s Crinkle Cut Potato Chips will be available in 1.25-ounce bags and have a suggested retail price of 99 cents to $1.29.
